EPSA recently welcomed a group of Integrated Digital Marketing students from NHL Stenden Thailand for an engaging and educational workshop at our training facility. The visit began with an introduction to EPSA, where students learned more about our mission, training programs, and our commitment to professional security and protection education.

Before the activities began, students enjoyed a short break with food and refreshments, including mango sticky rice, fried rice with chicken, and pad Thai, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

The main highlight of the visit was a two-hour Muay Thai training session led by experienced instructors at EPSA. During the workshop, students were introduced to fundamental Muay Thai techniques and practical self-defense skills that can be applied in real-life situations. The training focused on body movement, discipline, striking techniques, and basic defensive responses.

The session was both challenging and enjoyable, allowing students to step outside their comfort zones while learning valuable techniques for personal safety and self-protection. Through hands-on practice, participants gained a deeper understanding of how martial arts can build confidence, awareness, and resilience.

At EPSA, we believe training should not only build physical capability but also develop mental strength, discipline, and confidence. We were delighted to host the students and share an experience that was both educational and fun.
